The GLNP have a team of five staff that fulfill the day to day work of the Partnership, and are directed by a Steering Group comprised of representatives from its Partner Organisations.
Luke is responsible for the general management of the GLNP Team and leads on spatial planning, biodiversity net gain, natural capital and nature strategy, including the GLNP's work on the Greater Lincolnshire Local Nature Recovery Strategy.
Charlie manages the Lincolnshire Environmental Records Centre (LERC) and leads on data resilience.
Margaret manages the Local Sites system.
Aiden leads on the GLNP's health and wellbeing, visitor economy and climate change piorities, with a focus on recognising the benefits nature can provide for each of these.
Becky is responsible for managing the GLNP's communications and engagement along with working on numerous projects.
